Don't know about these rules. I mean, if someone says post a pic by red, and someone post a picture of pink, how does that work?

But this is also where the rest of the thread followers will chip in. If "everyone" accepts a challenge it should be accepted to get the challenge going with a little speed.
I also think that to get the challenge going and the speed up; post your picture along with a new challenge. If the requester or the rest of the thread followers don't think it was met it will be heard. But that shouldn't happen with every new challenge which happens now when someone posts a pic and always have to ask if it will be met. And then it takes another day for a new challenge to get up, if the person didn't take a vacation.
