either a superglide or streetbob would be your best way to go. their low to start with and if you swap out the shocks to 10's or 11's youll be even better off.

Tough one but I bet that you are close. My wife is your height and weight and she can just about sit flat footed on my deluxe but I think that a superglide sits higher.

I'll be the odd man out and say youll be fine on ANY dyna ... or any other harley for that matter. I've seen tiny 98 pound girls handle fully dressed RoadKings like they are a toy. Lots of options to get the bike fitting right for you. Reduced reach seat, lower shocks etc etc. Just discuss your concerns with your sales person.

I would say on a FXD youll likely be OK for reach. Im about 5'9"-10" but I am all waist and midsection and very little leg lol. My OL is 5' even and our inseam is pretty close and I have zero reach issues with my ride.

height wise with the right seat you will be fine on a superglide. OEM forward controls is apt to be the biggest problem.

HD have a "fitment" program that can get you sitting optimally for height and reach. If you are buying the bike privately then a low profile seat will sort out any feet on the ground issues.

There are solutions for reduced reach forwards out there as well.

Good luck!

I added 1/2" shorter shocks on the rear and sent my seat to Mean City Cycles and had them mod the seat to sit me lower and move me forward. They did a great job and I reach the ground comfortably.

Go with mid controls and if need be a new seat and you will be fine.
This FXDX is built to go fast and corner well, and the seat height is very low:
