FXDF Handle bar clean - before/after

The handlebars were the biggest PITA. I had to replace the stock bars because the inside diameter was non standard which meant the internal throttle wan't going to work. I wasn't ready to get new bars and really liked the ergos of the stock units. Anyway, long story short, I had to get replacements and these were the best I could come up with - it was holding the project up and I wanted to get it done. Now that it's back together and everything is working, I'll take my time to see if I can come up with a better set of handlebars that will work without leaving the gap.

The front end looks great.. you did a great job.
Can you post a close up pick of the front (near the risers)? I want to see how the throttle cable comes down through the bars.
Which bars did you go with, and why? Also, where did you relocate your starter/horn to?

I used Grip Ace for the switches - everything is accessible from the left hand grip.
8541hog, now that I think about it, I don't know that I can do much about the gap - the length of the levers play a role, plus I think were trying to accommodate for the switches - that's a big gap. I note on your bike you're using the mini switches - a different set up fro me...
