I don't think the FLD fender is going to work for you. My understanding is they are just a bit narrower than the standard fenders on the Dyna's so the QD hardware will fit between the fender and the struts.
Thanks you just saved me some bucks! I hadn't even considered that MOCO whould do that. Geez how dumb is that? Like as if FLD buyers would never up size their rear wheels and tires? Maybe that would be the plan, they would need to buy a wider optional fender...Opps they forgot to make one DUH!
Back to the drawing board. Been looking at the late model Street and Road Glide rear fenders. Looks like no other way around having my son fabricate and weld. BTW, he was just hired by Hollywood Hot Rods.
