I paid 11K for mine 2010 at the dealership last fall.
The price for FXDCs in this part of the country are pretty good as everyone wants a softail or SG.
If the title is good I say jump on it - it is a great bike

Looks like black is standard w/ extra cost for color and more extra cost for 2-tone ($695 more than black, on a new bike).

You're going to love that bike (FXDC) - great performer and the price seems right. My 2008 with its stage 1 and suspension mods has tons of power (even for 2 up riding, which I do alot) and it rides like it's on a rail. I love my bike! But, the only thing to consider is will you be satisfied in a couple years. The guy who sold me my bike (who buys HD repo's and resells them) said you're going to love this bike but in a couple years you're going to want have something like this (he had a SG). Earlier this year in Daytona I did a demo on a CVO SG & now saving up my $30000+ (hopefully). Just something to consider (from experience). Of course if this is your first HD, then I would stick with the SuperGlide. Best of luck in whatever you do!
