Anyone used the Sumax setup? http://www.sumax.com/dyna_bags.html
I like the sound of this because it accepts any stock HD hardbag (so once you buy the kit you can bargain shop for bags, instead of having to buy their custom lowers like cycle vision...of course this also means you aren't wrapping the rear-shocks ... but your initial price is much lower..
Since my last post on this thread back in June 2012 I found the Calvary bag mounts to be lacking even though the bags are good.
I have since moved on to the Cyclevisions set up and am extremely satisfied with the product. I also did a Street Glide rear fender morph. More photos are in my album.

are you using the cyclevision lowers or did you find a way to use HD bags?
It's a work in progress. I took all the mounting hardware from the Switchback and put on some FLH bags. Got a 4" stretched fender and bags will be stretched 2". Can be stripped down in seconds. Also will be adapting an old 1970's Wixom Brothers fairing to it. Oh and a 23" front wheel
