As long as you have oil pressure you are good to go. Back in the days of carbs a little warm helped to prevent stumbling, but with EFI as long as the oil pressure comes up, ride.

About like the others. Start the bike, back it out of the garage, reduce idle to 1200, let the garage door close (sometimes it doesn't) then go. Probably 30 seconds or less.

Winter time start the bike and put on the jacket helmet and gloves... Probalbly adds another minute.

The key here is that it doesn't require a real warm up. 10 to 30 seconds insures you have oil flowing everywhere it's supposed to go and DO NOT rev the engine. The neighbors will thank you and your engine won't grenade.

1-2 minutes, depending on outside temp. It's in the 90s here now, so usually less than a minute. I take it easy for the 5 minute ride through town, then no hard throttle for about the next 5 miles to get the engine up to operating temp, then I let 'er eat.

one thing to remember is if you start it and blast down the road the front cylinder is getting cooled down before it has a chance to warm up. forged pistons like to be warm and need to expand in order to work properly. by brother in law ruined my sporty motor by doing that exact thing.

Cool Warmin'

About 1 minute at idle. Very slow in 1st gear for about 1/2 mile to clear the neighborhood. I read some thing it takes about 20 miles to get a H-D up to operating temperature, meaning wheel bearings, gaskets, and all operating parts, including tires. I am only pleasure ridin' and in no hurry so seems ok to me to take time to warm her up and could save problems later on. I will not hold up traffic during the warm up.

Alright, alright I may have exaggerted a bit. In 100* degree temps I only reduce warmup to 17 minutes then slowly for 3-4 miles.
