The local weather idiot said it was gonna be 96 but only got to 89 today.

you got that right fatbob....lol... i just got home and out of the shower , rode home from durham-wake forest and man was she smoking hot and the high humidity makes it worse..... the stoplights were brutal too

Rode home 25 miles in 105deg today. 20 miles highway, then 5 miles around town to the house. Checked my oil and head temps with an IR thermometer. Oil was 240, heads were 270 and 280, front and rear. Not bad at all. Bike is running great and getting 42mpg, so I think my canned map tune is on for this weather. Probably a little lean when it gets cooler, though.
