11 inch progressives installed
I put my 11 inchers on today and didn't even need a jack. I did the work at a friend's heavy truck shop and used an I-beam mounted chain hoist to lift the rear of the bike off the ground. No worries about it falling over, no needing to pad the frame or jack to prevent scratching, no worrying about letting the jack down too soon. Anyway, when I arrived to do the work I realized I forgot to bring my camera.
Moral of the story. Chain hoists kick a$$.
I also forgot to bring the loctite so I have to do it over again tomorrow to seal the threads. Maybe I'll remember the camera.

Here's the part you need to keep from getting the frame scratched when you lift it.
