If you aren't touching the air cleaner too then do nothing. Otherwise its best to get some kind of tuning solution, if only to reduce the engine temp and release a few of the hidden ponies.
You could get a FuelPak but they aren't very good. Do a bit of reading here about tuners and get something that suits the level of tune you want and your pocket.

you'll get close to the same sound with slip ons, but not the same performance. Get the full system now and run it the way it is if cash is tight. It will be fine
I've got a 2006 Super Glide with big radius 2-2 and fuelpak. Great sound and performance but lots of decel popping. Bought the bike this way and not really what I'm looking for so I'm going back to stock headers and rush slip-ons.

I would keep your setup and just get it tuned all that popping will go away I have big shots on mine and get no popping had harley do the download via SE tuner

Before you change anything, reset what you have. Get the instruction for your fuelpak and go through them step by step.
Most likely you have a couple settings off a point or two, and/or the throttle position sensor is not adjusted properly.
Don't throw more money at it until you try to fix what you have.
