That is about right, mine came in around 4.5 weeks to me. They are made to order so that is why the waiting. But trust me it is well worth it, once you get it on and jam out down the road on your first ride.
I did a Tsukayu fairing ... but, I replaced the stock Super Glide front end with a take-off front end from a Fat Boy ...
Here's a video of it with the music playing ... I have replaced that setup with Sony head unit, an Alpine power amp and Alpine speakers ... much better setup ...
Sounds like you're itching to get it soon, so we'll probably be out of the running. But, for information's sake, we are currently working on the batwing pictured below for Dynas and Sportsters. The fairing in the picture was our prototype that we took to a couple of rallies recently. Like every project, it is taking longer than we anticipated. I'm hoping to be in production by the end of August.
It will be modular. In other words, you'll be able to buy the outer only, if you're not interested in a stereo, or opt to add a full stereo inner. The inner can be added at any time.
And, we actually do ALL the work here in Washington State

That's cool! Glad to hear you found something that fit your needs. We'll have more information on the website about our fairing when we've got a fully functional proto for pictures.
