A friend of mine picked up an '02 Super Glide. Only issue is how to clean/restore the black on the dash and bib. Looks like previous owner tried wax or something that obviously didn't work. Left a whitish mess in spots. Any help would be appreciated.

Wrinkle black? Try a good soap and water scrub with a brush and follow up with S100 engine brightener - makes engine look new so it should work on that. Failing that a fresh coat of powder will do it.
