for my 2011 fxdc i have a big sucker installed and rush 1.175 slipons and plan to now add a 2 into 1 pipe to go along with a tts master tune and dyno..ive spent lots of time on these pages trying to make up my mind which 2 into 1 i want..ive narrowed it down to 2 choices,i like the python for looks a lot more than the vh 2 into 1 but not sure if it sounds as good or gives as much hp/tourque as the vh..not looking for real loud but like to control the deep sound that these pipes give.ive read the python is made by vh but also read here that they are really loud..anybody heard both pipes? also wondering if the python pipe quality is there like the vh..any advice would be a great help,thanks...
I can only coment on the pro pipe. I love the sound and performance. It's not too loud at idle or in 6th gear on the freeway but when you get on it..it barks loud and deep.
I have the same year as your bike and with the propipe, big sucker, and the TTS with a dyno I got to 80hp and 94 torque

thanks for the replys i hope to hear a pro pipe this weekend at my dealership as 1 of the guys just added one to his 2010 dyna..rooti thanks my dyno guy told me he gets good results from the pro pipe more so than a few pythons that he has done and said he also thought the pro pipe sounds a little better(deeper) too but said to listen to one myself..again thanks to all...
ProPipe is a great pipe. Just not for most Dyna models IMO.
It hangs too low and really interferes in right hand turns.
I have one on my '11 FXDC and it looks, sounds and performs great (can't beat a 2:1). But... it scrapes very easily and it kinda ruins the riding experience in the twisties.

Sounds & looks good, has a fair price and is upswept so it won't scrape in right handers.
I've got mine mounted on my wide glide which operates pretty low to the ground. I'm really aggressive in tight corners and hit the heels of my shoes but never dragged my pipe..
