I've been looking at these Wicked Apes.

The place is fairly local to me, I just need to take a ride over and see them in person.

LOL, did you not research Demon's before you purchased from them? Some people actually have had good luck with them but most have not. Do a search here on the forums and you will have days worth of reading material. I personally got burned over a set of chrome mirrors several years back. When I received them the chrome was bubbling and peeling. I called to try and exchange them and was told the only way they would exchange them is if I bought something else from them so that they could ship the mirrors with it so that they would not have to eat the shipping on the mirrors. I chunked the mirrors in the trash and have never even thought about buying any more of their junk.

Yeah, that comment got me searching some more. I did some research before and saw a few negative comments, but once I searched on the forum I got more than I bargained for. A lot of the negative comments seem directed towards components other than handlebars. Hopefully I will be one of the lucky ones. Even if I am, with that many negative comments I will not be ordering from them again.

The local dealer installed them so I'm not sure where they got the kit from.

I had burly narrow 14s on my old sporty. They look good and felt good to ride with. They are thin bars though if you like that. Can also buy the complete burly cable kit for it too.

Install pricing ranges tremendously. I have seen shops quote from $400.00 to $900.00 in labor for a complete ape install. I have seen shops quote $1200.00 to $1900.00 for parts and labor.
