Here it what's on my invoice:

Part/ Item number: 50700005

Fits '06-later Dyna® models (except FLD) equipped with forward controls.

MSRP US $169.95

The description on the HD website says
Reduced Reach Forward Control Conversion Kit - Dyna®

Love the look and riding position you get with forward controls but not comfortable with the long stretch forward? This Forward Control Conversion Kit repositions the Original Equipment footpegs and foot controls up and back by over 1", positioning the controls closer to the rider for added comfort and confidence. The reduced reach places the rider's boot at the proper pivot point for improved leverage, while maintaining the "foot-forward" riding profile. This easy-to-install Conversion Kit includes heavy-duty steel mounts and shortened brake rod and re-uses Original Equipment control supports and brake and shift levers, or can be personalized with your choice of custom lever styles.

So I'm pretty sure that is all you would need.

Thanks. I am over at Osan and travel quite often to Humphreys. My 'lil man digs Splish & Splash. The yellow vrod was delivered to Humphrey's on the same truck as mine. A civilian buddy of mine works over on Humphreys with the helos...Jose Garcia...not sure if you would know him. I threw it out there based on your username.

No problem man. Good luck with it. And yeah, I agree with ynots. Since you've already ordered the reduced reach seat, try that first. if it doesn't help then try the stock seat with the reduced reach forwards. For me personally, the seat shifted me forward and made the problem worse. The reduced reach forwards moved my foot/leg back and eliminated the issues of my knee hitting the air cleaner cover and my leg feeling heat from the exhaust.

x2 on the seat the reduce reach makes a huge difference. I have a friend that has it on his the bike is perfect for him but almost un rideable for me, I'm too tall. we both have the same bike even same color
