I posted in the new members area but I figured since I plan on being in the Dyna area it should be posted again here. Just joined the forum and am the proud new owner of a 2008 Street Bob. I had a 2006 Honda CBR 600, crotch rocket, that i sold a little while ago. I saved up some more clams and got the FXDB about 2 weeks ago. Shes got V&H pipes on it, not exactly sure which ones but they sound awesome, and its got the stage 1 air cleaner and download from the dealer. Only 6200 miles and she looks new. Anyway, My name is Dan but go by Chuck, I am from Central NJ specifically Middlesex County, and cant wait to start swapping out some parts and really making her my own. And because I know everyone on the forums loooooove pictures heres a couple.
First is my crotch rocket that I sold. The second is the Street Bob. Definetly an upgrade...
FYI..I had trouble getting to the images. Said I didn't have rights to view them. Not sure why.
I just purchased a Super Glide. Will be taking delivery on Tuesday. I am graduating from a used Kawasaki 250, which was my starter bike after taking the MSF class a few months ago. I am probably going to sell it to someone else new in a while. I jumped on the Dyna after test riding it because they had some nice deals to get rid of the 2012 stock they had left on the floor.
Have fun customizing it. Any dieas what you are going to do first?
Hey Congrats man! I'm just south of you in Monmouth County. Just picked up a Street Bob myself and love it. Had a ZX10R and it was the best decision I've ever made to pick up the Bob. We should go for a ride sometime! Congrats again.
I know it wont let me post pictures directly to the post cause you have to be on the forum for 5 days and have made at least 5 posts before it will allow it. Maybe you fall in the catagory too?
As for possibly upgrades, I definetly want to put highway pegs on for comfort while on the highway and such. I am thinking i am going to go with a set of low rider take offs if i can find some. Maybe down the road some taller apes too in black... other than that i think i am going to slowly try to get rid of some of the chrome and swap it for black.

Reason: I can't spell...
How far away from Bridgewater Commons are you? I have family in Flemington. Maybe if I get a ride up that way we can get together and lay some rubber down on the back roads.
