Default 2008 FXDC Switchback

Working on the front end of my FXDC to run a Switchback wheel. The gap between the forks is 7 inches and the hub is 6 9/16. Any chance this will fit with a little reworking of the spacers? Or do I need to go "wideglide"? If so, will I have to add spacers to the brake caliper or rotor?

There are really only two wheel hubs used by Harleys. Wide and narrow. Narrow and mid-glides (your FXDC) use the narrow hub. The switchback uses the wide hub. Spacers would probably be easy, brake rotors and calipers maybe, maybe not. Good luck...........
