Congrats on the new motor. Just my opinion, but since you went with the 120R, without a good 2-1 you'll be leaving a lot on the table.
Also, there are different schools of thought on break in, but I've had great success when it's done on the dyno.

Dyno is really expensive over here and there are only a couple.
The mechanic fitted the thunder max then did 100km (60 miles) then did oil and filter. I've picked it up and will do another 400km taking it easy without lugging it then change oil again. Then still taking it easy and oil again at 1500km total.
I did a couple hundred today between rain and it's great. I'm surprised how smooth the power is.
