Default Bar install question

Im looking at a set of Wild 1 Chubby Outlaw Z 12 inch bars with 1.5 in risers for my 2012 wide glide. Are new cables and wiring a MUST? The dealer says yes but I kinda felt like they just want to get deeper into my pocket...... Anyone know for sure? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

You do not need new wiring. I just put on 14" with 1" risers and wiring was plenty. Not sure about the cables though. I could have used my stock cables if I would not have pushed my bars forward, so I would think you would be ok with stock cables, but not positive.

Help the brother out, tell him what the lengths you used.
