I would go for a satin or semi gloss.

We tried something different with the process this time around and we got a semi gloss appearance. I think it would look good on a Street Bob. I figured I'd give you first shot at them because I am unaware what type of theme you're going with on your bike (gloss or matte).

I've got 4 sets if anyone else is interested.
