you know what's dumb about ABS on a motorcycle? They only really work in a straightline direction but they do react faster and more steady. But I figured why relearn something and just stick with the way I've always ridden! :-)
i paid 14,9k for mine before trade. i spent 2 days haggling with them driving the price lower and driving my trade in price for my sporty higher. ended up getting 4300 for my 883 sporty. which made me reasonably happy conisdering i paid 4800 for it 5 years and 22k miles earlier.
out the door i financed around 11k after taxes and what not. i'd have to look at my paperwork when i get home for the exact numbers.
what is dealer cost on these things? Considering.trading my 48 for a leftover 2012 at my local dealer. They came down to $15900 otd without much haggling.
