Sorry guys but I have gone Soft Traded my Street Bob for a 2005 Softail Deluxe. Really loved my Street Bob and I am gonna miss the handling and the power, but I need something more comfortable and more touring like. The Deluxe came with detachable bags, sissybar and windshield so it transforms from naked to touring in 2 minutes. And sorry to say but I love the looks of the Softail. If I could afford it I would have kept the Street Bob as my second bike but unfortunately I can't
I put over 30k on my '05 deluxe before getting my Fatbob. It was a great bike and perfect for touring. Just be carefull since you won't have the same lean angle on turns as your SB, but the comfort and looks are hard to beat. Enjoy it!
