There is a service bulletin I believe for excessive vibration where they remove some of the rubber from the front mount to give more clearance. Can't remember the number. Did they do that, along with the vibration adjustment procedure?

Check your front isolator (front motor mount)

Actually try this:
loosen your front and rear isolator mounts (rear and front motor mounts) three full turns on the hex head fasteners, then fire you bike up for about 30 seconds. After shutting your bike off, retighten the fasteners to spec: 27 ft-lbs of torque. See if that helps?

Have them open up the cam chest and check the crank run-out.
