Just installed my Joker Machine Upper Triple Tree along with RSD risers.

I will be ordering those risers NOW! I just installed my Carlini 1.5" diamond risers ($150) and you cannot adjust the bars without removing the risers (or at least loosening them quite a bit), because the allen nuts are underneath and not enough room between the trees.
