Thanks for the info.
So I grind out the stock SE baffles, find out what part number Cycle Shack baffles fit the SE's, and bolt them in. Sounds do able.
i have SE II's on my '06 Lowrider with the original baffles and they are fairly loud, not overly loud (of course "loud" is a relative term). i can't tell from the picture, but does it have the roman numeral II at the end of ScreaminEagle? if it doesn't have it stamped into the muffler casing at the end, it's not the SE II's, it would be the newer SE's which are quieter than the SE II's. just wondering
When you pull the baffle out then you have a couple of options - you can put cycle shacks baffle in but you may also try drilling a coule of more holes in the existing baffle.
As you can see in the picture (this is the SE baffle) there are 5 rows of holes - I added another 2 rows. You can add more I just didn't wan to get too crazy (harder to un-drill a hole). Then if that doesn't do it for you - you can open up the diverter a little (on the left of the picture where the pipe is closed off).
Does not have II's; guess that's where I went wrong.
