looks really nice.
I wanted to get the rear done on my bike, after i wear out the stock michelin scorcher.
I'm a daily commuter and a weekend highway guy... with an occasional twist. My tire still has lots of tread. keep us updated on how the quality stands up.
which tire did you get done?
was it crazy $$$??
i got quoted on a rear night dragon... it was pretty $$$. BTW... your bike looks nice with the tires.

Looks awesome! I know a bunch of the Softail guys are doing this but you seem to be one of the first Dyna's. It's really a shame that the tire company's can't see the market for these. They seem to be stuck on WWW tires for 16" and skinny 21" rims only.

Yeah, they are not cheap are they. But your bike looks nice and you sound happy with them so far... that's all that matters.
Thanks for your $$$ info.
Can I ask what type of tire it is IE: Dunlop, Metz, Avon, Pirelli?
Would you mind updating us now and again... to let us know how everything is holding up?
I've wanted a rear www since I bought my bike.
I've been waiting to wear the stock Scorcher's, before I replaced it. I've only got 4000 miles on my Michelin's now. I'm not a super aggressive rider so the tread is still pretty good.
Regardless, I'm pretty sure, I'll be purchasing tires next year (might sound stupi... but I don't like putting my life in 3 year old rubber. car tires and condoms included<not that I have a 3yr old condom- cough>) I am really considering a db- wide whitewall but I'd love to know how DB products/ workmanship hold up, before i spend so much $$$ on a tire... I ain't broke but I'm not Donald Trump either.

Thanks for the compilment, the tire is a 120X70X21" Metz 880. The rear is a 16" metz. Had to have DNA make up a Fat Daddy 16" rim, I did'nt want to wait to see if anybody was going to come up with a whitewall for dynas, which no one has. I know there a some of the riders on the softail fourms that got their 21' tires from diamondback last year, you could go over there & ask. I had a V rubber on the front & it lasted 2 rear tires to 1 front & I was pushing it,figured I got the new tire just in time. But I'll try to keep you updated.
