I am having similiar issue ! Mine idles very low(intermittent) when coming to a stop. As soon as I stop completely the idle goes back to normal. I replaced IAC, charging system is good, no leaks. Leaning towards TPS as you said. If this what fixed you up? Thanks!

I have no experience with FIO Harley,however i do know fI cars. Low idle is timing, or idle air control valve, ia m also thinking rstricted air cu=such as clogges air filter but that is highly unlikely possible but unlikely. An intake leak should cause the ide to go high unless the computer compestates for it. I would thing IAC motor i would go after that first. timing second.,on a harley timing isnt ajustable so...

what I have done-
charging system is good.
no leaks
new IAC
NEW TPS
cleaned speed sensor
cleaned butterfly valve
i am stumped guys. I hope Harley can figure it out.
idle was 910-1010RPM.
