Anybody out there riding on a sundowner seat?
My wife can't stand the original seat on my 03 wg, so just wondering if anybody lies or dislikes the seat.
I use one on long rides with the wife, she loves it.
The only issue I have with it is it moved me forward a little bit, and it's a little wider than stock, so it takes some getting used to when you put it on, but all in all its a nice seat.
Will move you up a bit and forward. Looks like a bagger seat. My wife likes it. If I did this right here's a couple of pic of how it looks on a 2009 FXD
she lovessssss it. Kinda bulky looking to me but very comfy wih back suppor or the driver. it is wider so at first it seem to bring me up higher but got use to that after it broke in
I have a sundowner for my 02 fxd. It's like sitting in a recliner, very nice. However, I don't like how it sits you forward a little (I'm a pretty tall dude). I was just about to list mine for sale, if your interested send me a PM.
i used to have the sundowner, it moved me way to forward for my liking and the wife would slide forward when braking, i know have a mustang solo and seperate pillion, she just loves and the pillion is slightly tilted back so less sliding forward when braking.
Wife loves the sundowner!!! Loves it! I dig it as well hate how it looks so I only put it in when I am fully bagged up, but it is like a couch really nice
