If the 07 is the same as the 06, yes it'll bolt right on and hook right up, but you'll need to get it with the WG centre console... I think. I'll look at the manual in the morning and post if it's different.

According to the shop manual, the fxdbi (streetbob) and fxdl (lowrider) share the same tank; wideglide and 35 share the same tank. The former should be interchangeable with the latter, but you'd need to also have the top plate,back clamp, trim,boot, lamp housing,speedo,gasket etc etc etc...
