Just finished painting my upper rocker box covers...
Next up is new handle bars, then progressive suspension shocks and drop in kit. I'm still debating whether or not to paint the fork lowers with the appliance enamel paint...
Looks great, congrats. I vote for blacked out forks. What's the plan with the bars?
Thank you, I already have the bars, they are 16" LA Choppers Nice Curves, I just put them on temporarily to measure for cables, they feel nice, I"ll post pics when its done, I'm planing on ordering cables tonight. The debate with the forks is whether or not to paint them black with the Appliance Enamel paint, or to wait till is too cold to ride, tear them down, and get them powder coated. I'm gonna black them out no matter what. If I go with the powder coat route, I'll do the tripple trees at the same time.

Thank you, I agree the bars will help a lot. I got the exhaust from a buddy of mine that ran them for a couple of months so I got lucky with that, I'm trying to make the bike "mine" asap, lol...

I'm looking at getting 11" progressive 412's and the drop in spring kit to lower the bike 2" front and rear, and also for the black shocks to get rid of the chrome. I'm thinking about getting the Bare Bones seat, but trying to find out how comfy the passenger seat will be for my OL, we went on about a 40 mile ride on Sunday, she was dying on the stock seat, gotta get a seat that she will be comfy on too cause she loves riding. Maybe a lick and stick pad will work, gotta look at the options.
