How tall are your apes? I've been looking at some of the bowman sissy bars and thought a 24" sissy bar would like way too tall, but it goes awesome with the apes on your bike.
Someone else on the forum recommended Bowman to me. They sell bars on eBay. Their "chrome" looking bars are actually polished stainless steel. ($$) They also do custom work. ($$$)
