Anyone seen a 6 piston single disc set up? 07bobber again your bike is sick, hope mine looks as good when it grows up.
the stopping power of a single disk 6 piston setup would probably work great but i wonder how hot the rotors would get...and the length of those calipers are ugly...

yeah, the length is questionable, hopefully I can get some kind of Mags down the line not to much a fan of duals on the spoked rims.. everyone in CA wants $$ fork the 13 spoke
"07, Do you feel any difference as far as handling between the 160/80-16 & the 170/60-17 in the rear. I'm have done the opposite and installed a Deuce wheel in back. The tire isn't in the best shape so I haven't pushed it hard.

the stock tire on a newer dyna is 160/70-17
im running the 160/80/16 and i havent notice much of a difference...now i have a buddy of mine running a 170 on the rear and he says its a good tire as far as handling...but it cant be that much different....
my preference is the stock 160 width... not a fan of fat tires and the narrow 150 looks like a bicycle tire on a newer dyna...
So much better! I never realized how sloppy spokes were until I made the switch. Kind of a long story....but before I put the mags on, my front tire came off the bead while going 85mph on the freeway, ****ing insane. Someone was looking out for me because the bike stayed up and I kind of just drifted/wobbled over to the shoulder and stopped. Since my front tire was toast and I had to take the front wheel off anyway, I figured I'd throw the front mag on at that point, but I kept the rear spoked wheel on because I just got a new tire in November or something. I wanted to get my money's worth.
Anyway, with the mag on front and spoke on the back, the back felt sloppy as hell. I could feel the spokes flex or shift or whatever happens back there....I put the rear mag on recently and everything is solid. Gotta do rear shocks next and I'm done for a while before cracking into the motor.
