Just measured my 2010 and its 10.5 inside to inside and 12.5 outside to outside and 22 long as Joe said... So how do I go about putting on the 06 swing arm? Is it just a matter of buying 06 or 10 bearings?

I would think so....that being said.....Rene' (FXD2003Rider) is a virtual wealth of knowledge and resources. Why are you trying to change the swingarm?

I had a teenager that wasn't paying attention pull out in front of me back in August... Totalled my bike and messed me up pretty good too... Decided to buy the bike back from the insurance company and the left arm of my swingarm is bent up about and inch higher than the right figured there wasn't much I could do to fix it and probably not safe... just one of the many things that I'm gonna have to replace...

Oohh. Sorry. Glad you're still here. The 07 swingarm I have on my work bench seems to be identical to the 2010 structurally. The part #s are different. I'm thinking if you use the guts of a 10 and put in the 07 you should be fine.

I got the 07 swingarm used just to mock up the bracket with. The bracket and new fender will put on my 10.
