I got a question for you all, what kind of front brake system on the switchback? Sometimes I'll get my bike and the front brakes don't work properly at first, the brake lever seems like the clutch. I had a 10' street bob and never had this problem. I notice that i have to pull the brake lever a lot more than my street bob once the brakes start working.
I just took it to my dealership and they ran my vin number, I was told that theirs no service bulletin. I left it in the dealership and they are going to look into it. The problem with mine is that it usually happens in the mornings. Can you please try to find the number.

Frigol,
do what a member of the switchback site did, take a video in the morning
and show it to them when you stop in, they cant argue video evidence should something happen they could be held liable..
long story short mine did the same exact thing, spongy in the AM and a few pumps later it would be fine the rest of the day, they had to bleed it once which didn't help then they replaced it
I took my switchback two times to the dealership and they finally swap the master cylinder. I only live a couple of miles from the dealership, so I went in the morning without using the front brakes and show them the problem.
