I hear ya', when I fired the bike up and pointed it toward the garage I had this feeling like someone punched me in the stomach knowing it was going to be many months before I could ride again.........yikes.

Weather took a sharp cold snap here this week. I had a last Hurrah on Wednesday. I'll give it another week to warm back up, then its life support for the winter.

That is one clean Glide. A buddy and myself went out yesterday, I told him I think that was the last ride for the year. Temp was in the 50's But its going to go downhill fast.

My bike is alreay in hibernation for a couple of weeks now, she won't see sunlight again until end of march if im lucky, it really sucks for us folk who live in the north

it's been raining for four weeks here in vancouver. i mean like buckets of rain. today it is finally sunny and i have my bike apart.....just my luck. putting my bike away for winter also. at least spring comes early out here.

that's a nice looking SGC man. i had one new back in 2000. loved that bike. wish i still had it

I know what you are talking about Bro, living in Chicago.....

Last year, though, we had such a mild winter, I was able to ride 3-5 times every month of the deep winter..... It snowed a few times, but then the temps went up, it rained and washed the salt away, and I was out the next day for a cruise.

Hope your winter goes away early, and you can get back out on the road!
