it was the fork head berring bolt had been knock losse.

Hope it is something simple. If not many states and cities are responsible for vehicle damage do to pot holes.

you take a picture of the pothole and address. Then call your local Highway dept. as well as calling the responsible municipality, town or state.
Then you start the waiting game. Could take up to 2 years.
