buy a honda and shift with the throttle opened up...

hell...

don't use the clutch at all...it's fun on those bikes
In the sixties on my Triumphs I never used the clutch.

Waste of time when you're tearing up the streets.

only time I ever stopped was when the cops tricked me,
surrounded me, and wore out their ticket books.

Back then, tickets were like 10-15$.

piniongear and biggol are correct.

No reason to have throttle in that equation.

With practice you'll get it....

Throttle on...
Throttle off...clutch in/shift...clutch out
Throttle on... One fluid motion.....

So its not like a see saw motion? Its throttle off then clutch in? I always thought it was one comes up one goes down.

Twist the throttle all the way back then let out the clutch really fast. He hehehehAfter that you dont need the clutch any more, just shift!!
