Winter mods
I purchased a 2012 FLD this past February. Comfort mods have been HD quick release short backrest and pad with sport rack and Mustang wide touring seat. I also installed auxiliary driving light kit and Boom audio windshield mount speaker.
Performance mods are a Screamin Eagle Stage-1 air cleaner kit, Stage-1 ECU flsah and V-Twin Mfg. 36 inch fistail slip-on. This helped a little but the bike still backfires on decel and is still slow.
I do about 1/3 of my riding with my wife on board and want more low-end power but would also like to have some top-end as well.
I am considering some "bolt-in" cams but don't want to void my warranty so this pretty much leaves me with only the SE255s as an option as it is street legal on my FLD. I like the dyno graph of the SE204 better if you can believe HD's WEB site but the SE204s are only street legal on touring models not Dynas.
What gives? All of the stock TC103s have the same specs so why would the SE204s only be legal for touring models?
When I have my dealer do the upgrade I plan to use SE premium quick install pushrods, and will have the cam install gasket kit and cam spacer kit on-hand so they can do the install without having to remove the heads or rocker boxes.
I will also install a SE high performance clutch spring to help with the extra torque and HP.
Lastly, if I go with the SE204s I have read that very good results can be had with a 4 degree advanced gear for these cams.
Does anyone have any insight with this combination?

You will have better luck opening your own thread on this, a lot of different questions there, OP was just showing off a couple mods.
