I was the one who had issues with traxxion. The issue was that the salesman I spoke to misunderstood my bike model. I said Street Bob, he repeated Street Glide. I corrected him twice and thought he understood. I was sent springs for a SG. I called and was told they would send out the springs ASAP. It took 4 phone calls, about one ever two weeks to finally find out the springs weren't in stock and I had to wait. I waited another couple of weeks and heard and didn't hear anything. Then I found out they came in and no one sent them out. I finally go the correct springs. I just sucked having paid for them and not having them. If your numbers come up that you need a 1.1Kg spring I can give you the part number and you can order them by the number vs hoping the understand you.
Looks like its one size fits all for the dyna weight wise. Part number would be helpful as I could at least see if they have it in stock. Looks like they are the only game in town, but after what you went through....I'm not sure I wanna play.

Now are you running Intimidators with their springs ? Because I see they offer their own kit with gold valves. Machine work required. Any pros or cons either way ?
Not sure what soft stack means.
I installed single rate racetech springs and these Ricor intiminators.
Prior to this the front end would dive hard on breaking. Now it doesn't and handling seems more controlled.
He used Fabrik8r's modified intimidators....He has a rather large post on what he has done to them. You could either search the threads or PM him. He has helped so many here and hasn't charged anybody. He's like santa clause all year around for harley front ends.lol
He hasn't had much experience modding for the dyna 49mm front end as of yet. He was telling me the first step was to get a single rate spring. I have concerns with the traxxion customer service and also a 1.1kg spring seems kinda stiff for me. Because of the wieght of the bike it looks like its that spring or nothing.
"soft stack" is the reffering to the thickness of the shims on the intimidators.
If you call traxxion and tell them your weight they will tell you what weight you need. They can do whatever you want as far as spring weight. They we're very courteous every time I called and apologetic. That didn't get my springs to me any quicker but it was a plus when dealing with a headache.
