Default 2010 FXDB starter wire question

After re-installing my starter motor, I have an extra wire and I can't remember where it goes (I should have taken a picture before removing it). There is a wire that plugs into a connector (I believe it's called the solenoid wire), and a wire with a rubber boot that goes to the positive battery terminal. Then there is another wire that looks like it attaches in the same place the battery wire does, but the service manual makes no mention of it. It runs underneath the starter to a bundle of other wires going under the seat.

I saw in another thread regarding an older model someone say this wire attaches to one of the mounting bolts on the starter, but in their picture the other end of the wire attached to the frame. Mine doesn't. Can anyone tell me for sure where to attach this wire?
