Harley has an LED for the 5 3/4" headlight.

Call me naive, but is there any reason why I can't mount this bottom mount headlight upside down and use my existing top mount?

I received it yesterday and it appears to be symmetrical...

Has anyone tried this?

Thanks and here is a pic of it...

Good luck, you'll find it to be a really easy project.
I found your walk thru for wiring the new headlight but I didn't see one for drilling the hole and mounting the bucket...I am not looking hard enough? lol

On a side note, anyone know if I can just mount the bucket upside down to avoid having to drill?

dont think you can, the brow mounted headlight uses a ball an socket type mount to allow for side to side and up down adjustments where the bottom mount gets its side to side from the mount block to tripple tree surface and the up down adjustments from the headlight to mount block surface.
