2012 Street Bob fender strut question

2012 Street Bob fender strut question
I need to know what the thread pitch is on the fender strut bolts, and center to center of the bolts.
I was going to order a set of #35 Boss Bags for my 02 WG, but it has 5/16-18 fender strut bolts and nuts, and the Boss Bag kit has to have 3/8-16
I have almost zero tire to fender clearance....5x18" wheel with a 180/55/18 tire, so I have to use T nuts or get a set of Harley strut bolt nut plates. I found a set on ebay for a 2012 Street Bob. Boss offers the nut plate, but charge a lot more than I can score this one off ebay for.
