That is a Dynojet Powervision (touchscreen tuner).

The mount is made by this company http://www.arkon.com/ and once you get a part number for the mount you want, you can find it on Amazon for cheap. ~$20.

Or you can buy a Powervision from Fuel Moto (highly recommend) and they now include this mount for free with purchase.

How do you remove a speedo guage on a 04 FLHRS? It has like a plastic lock ring hold it into the console. I want to get the console powder coated as the chrome if fading?

shoot me a PM with a pic of the back, I have taken apart so many of these I can not recall off hand just what yours looks like! shoot me PM or just send it out to me assembled I can tear it down, coat it, and then reassemble it for you

Il get one out tonight or in the morning. It has an orange plastic ring around the underside of the guage holding it in the console. Thanks

Thats what I did, theres no reason you couldn't get Joe or someone to powder for ya. Fits over the existing bevel nicely.

looks like a great idea!! what about that cover on the upper triple clamp nut in the center? I was scared to try and pry it up....is that what is needed though?

No.. thats threaded in. Just unscrew it.
