When I did my upgrades and installed the pcv I downloaded the closest map I could find for my equipment. I also had some decel poping so I went into the pcv program and adjusted the fuel/air ratios for all the gearing. It did take a few adjustments but my bike couldn't be running better. The guy's at Dynojet could not have been more helpfull explaining the process, do not hesitate to use them. For me it took awhile to understand because I had never done this before, so be patient and I am sure you will have good results. There are also some good threads on this site discussing how to do this. Hope this helps, good luck.

If you're comfortable playing with the map a little try adding some fuel at 0% throttle, but only above 1500 rpm so it doesn't affect idle. If it gets a little better add more til it goes away. 95% of the time decel pop is a lean condition, but it can go the other way too. If this doesn't help you can try pulling fuel out. It's not going to hurt anything either way. If this doesn't help you could try adding some timing in the same area.

Compare the fuel and timing tables of the two maps at 0% throttle. Something there is different on the map that doesn't pop. You can highlight, copy and paste that section of the table to the map you want to use.

Try adjusting the 0% between 1750 and 5000. Start with 15 for all those values and add 5 each time until it stops. I set mine at 20, and only a tiny amount of random pop, if any at all.

I did try this the other day, and it worked!!! I added 10% to closed throttle from 1250rpm thru 3000rpm. Bike runs awesome with no popping. Thanks for all the replies you guys are awesome!
