Another tree swap question

I've been searching till my eyes are bleeding. - Maybe it's a real easy one here goes- I am swapping street bob trees for the HD Black Fatbob trees and will be using a Stock Fatbob front wheel (for now) and the 25mm stock axle.

I will be using stock FXD 49mm forks.

Two questions:

1-Will the stock FXD 25mm spacers line up or will I need Fatbob spacers (maybe they are the same size - don't know).

2- The wheel has rotors - and I only will run one - does the stock FXD caliper line up with a single rotor?

The wide front hub will work using the stock FXD (mid glide) spacers. Since the spacers did not change, the brake caliper will line right back up to the rotor. I have done this twice.
