Probably plays a part in it, but I replaced my tires well before they were worn too far.

9,000 miles on mine. Barely any wear. Ride well. Handle nicely. Decent in wet weather, too.

I have these on the sporty but they were on the Dyna before. I love them but I was talking to a buddy yesterday as we were mounting a Comm II on the front and he was telling me on wet roads they can get a bit squirrely. I try not to ride in the wet anymore, but it is sometimes inevitable so keep that in mind.

I would not hesitate to put these on again.

I have 5k on mine. I love them. They did seem to roll into turns easier then the Dunlops when I first put them on. I ran them a lot in rain last summer too. At highway speeds in a real down pour they were great. I did have a scare one night though in a downpour entering a highway downhill in a turn. Rear end got loose but recovered quickly.

I have 9K+ on mine. I replaced front and rear at 12K just to keep tires matched. No problems, very little noticeable wear, and I like the handling/ride/feel.

Just had front & back put on mine last week. Have a little over 300 miles on them now and love them.

Havent been in any hard rain yet, but rode in a light storm the other night and had no issues.

actually if you look at the tire, you notice its a lot rounder than say the stock HD tire. i noticed it fell into turns a lot easier too and can now vouch that it does because i just had a Metzler put on and it doesn't fall like the Commander II does. i just ditched my commander II for a Metzler because i was having traction issues. shouldn't be having those kinds of problems 1000 miles into a new tire....

Thumbs up Michelin Commanders II

Did 50 miles on them new Michelin tires that I put on my Dyna. Can't say enough GOOD about them. Sounds crazy but it is almost like learning to ride all over again, In and out of traffic, ride, cornering, got on a short section of grooved pavement and didn't even feel it. Sure will be putting them on the Sportster when it is time.

I just installed them on my WG, only have about 100 miles on them but very pleased with initial ride. I use Dyna Beads to balance so I can do my own tire changes, works great.

They were actually much easier to seat the bead than my previous Metzelers.
I switched to the 17" Deuce wheel so I could run the 160/17 on the rear, easy swap and rides and looks better than the 160/16 that I had.
