+1 Dynamite! Every wrap and how-to video I've seen was front to back, exposing the leading edge to wind and rain.
Another tip: If your exhaust has frame mounted brackets that the wrap will be on both sides of, clearly mark the location and orientation of the brackets on the pipes before you remove them. If you get things wrapped up tight and the alignment is off, you're screwed when you try to reinstall.

Glad someone else recognizes this. I see so many crappy wrapped pipes because they wrapped front to back. If you plan on actually keeping the wrap for a while and want it to look nice, do it right the first time.
Back to the front.
I will also add, if I had to do it again, I would double wrap my pipes. That would mean starting at the front to rear back to front. The pipes/wrap get super-hot, so hot that I can't keep my foot down for very long.
DEI titanium does not need to be soaked to use, and it is easy on the hands, no need for gloves.
True dat, Apollo. I found a killer deal on some Short Shots and wrapped them in titanium. The process was much easier than the other wrap and it looks great.
