A guy out of Texas makes great ones, all different sizes. Ray Bowman welding is the company name and I think his ebay handle is raybowtieman. Do a search I'm sure you can find. They are pricey but the fit and quality is great. I have a 16" on my SB.
Good luck
I'm on the same search, and I am going with Bowman from ebay. From everything I read (and I have read ALL the sissy bar posts) they are the best quality and fit without having to buy parts and modify the rear end.
Having a little trouble getting a hold of him to order a custom one, but I haven't been trying too hard cause I am still a bit away from purchasing.
I have the HD quick detach but am thinking about mounting one permanently since I never really take mine off.
In my searches for other options I found ginzchoppers.com. I can't vouch for their product because I haven't purchased anything yet but it looks like they have just what you're looking for.

I got a reply back the same day. I ended up getting the 24" narrow top off fleabay. No pics yet cuz I'm waiting on my tins getting powdered.
