After a two year hiatus, the Dyna is refreshed and ready to roll...
I am going to be making some changes to her in the near future...
I'm getting my stock rims and hubs powder coated black and relacing them with stainless spokes. The plan is to have two full wheel sets each with tires, blake rotors and pulley, ready to swap out depending on the mood... Modern Billet Chrome, old school blacked out spokes...should be fun...
Step one. Get the current wheels, Brake Rotors, and Pulley matched up.
So I got the new brake rotors.. But I guess I ordered two front rotors since they sent me two front rotors, so I was only able to mount up the front... Had to order the rear rotor, it should be here tomorrow, the pulley arrived today and is awaiting installation..
Nothing Wrong with the Russell Full Floating Rotors, I am going to be using them on the "new" rims when I get them back in about 3 weeks...
So matchy-match we go...
Front before: Good
After: Better
Here she is... I think the pulley made the biggest difference. I can't wait to get the old rims back from powder coating and relacing, that should really transform the old girl...
That looks great.
Why do you want to change the wheels to spokes.
Those wheels look great.
Well, I have had these wheels on her for about 8 years and I am just ready for a different look. I bought all of the matching stuff to complete this set and I am going to use the take-offs on the other rims. I am keeping these so I will be able to swap out when the mood strikes, Modern Chrome, Old School BLack laced rims...
