1/4 mile time second attempt after cam improvement
#21
I did a 1/4 mile run last summer right after the Dakota gauge installed, it was 14.5s on my stock 96 motor, air cleaner and exhaust. Read my thread here
I did another run this afternoon, 13.3s speed at 100mph easy launch, TW-555 cams and PV(Fuelmoto map) are added. My SB has so much power now, the hardest part is holding the tall ape hanger and keeping my feet on the forward control at the same time. If my feet didn't slip off, I might be able to touch 13.0s, freak me out no kiddn' I am impressed!

It doesn't matter, my gauge has with metric and standard measurement, it should calculate correctly. The 25 in the pictures presents 1/4 mile, the 13.3s is the time to do 1/4 mile. I can only take a picture when my bike is on a stand still so it shows zero lol . When I hit 1/4 mile the speed was 161kms, equal to 100.62mph. Does it make sense to you?

I really like my Dakota, you have definitely made an improvement. Bear in mind that with practice, your times will get even better. You will probably be able to get into the high 12 second range just by improving your technique. Don't burn your clutch up though just to improve your numbers.
